The Education Administration is responsible for all activities within the municipality's preschools, primary schools, adapted primary school, after-school care, high school, and adult education.

S:t Olofs School is a modern primary school, beautifully located in central Sigtuna. Approximately 450 students from grades 7 to 9 attend here.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone with a teaching license issued by the Swedish National Agency for Education or a degree in Home Economics for a temporary position. The role may also include temporary assignments in other subjects and serving as a resource based on the needs of the operation.

You will be part of a subject team where you collaborate with school management and colleagues to achieve the goals of the operation. You will co-plan, co-assess, and develop pedagogically together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment to create good learning environments for the school's students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a teaching license issued by the Swedish National Agency for Education or a degree in Home Economics.
• Views school development and systematic quality work as an important process in your daily life and part of the school's and teacher's mission.
• Has clear leadership skills and the ability to create good relationships with all students both inside and outside the classroom.
• Has a good ability to see and meet all students' needs.
• Is well-versed in and can implement the school's governing documents in practical action.
• Sees collegial learning as part of your own development process and is eager to collaborate with your colleagues to create a good learning environment for the school's students.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in middle school.
